Registration may be cancelled for a full refund up to 14 calendar days before the scheduled workshop. Cancellations received fewer than 14 days before the event and participant no-shows are non-refundable. If the workshop is cancelled by the organizer, registrants will receive a full refund or may transfer their registration to a rescheduled offering, if available.

This is a live, synchronous continuing education program. Participants seeking CE credit must attend the live instructional portion of the workshop for the required amount of time and complete the required post-event evaluation. The scheduled break is not included in the 2.0 CE credit hours.

Late arrival, early departure, or failure to meet attendance requirements may affect eligibility to receive CE credit. CE credit is not available for viewing a recording of the program.

Each participant is responsible for confirming that the continuing education credits offered meet the requirements of their individual licensing or credentialing board.

We are committed to providing an accessible learning experience and to providing reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law. Participants who require an accommodation are encouraged to make their request when registering and as early as possible before the event so that appropriate arrangements can be made. Requests received closer to the event will be addressed to the extent reasonably possible.

This live virtual workshop will be accessed through the CE-Go platform and presented via Zoom. Participants are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing the live program. Joining several minutes before the scheduled start time is recommended to allow time to address any technology issues.

Participant recording, copying, reproduction, or distribution of the live presentation or workshop materials is not permitted without prior written authorization. Any recording made available by the organizer is for educational review only and does not qualify for live CE credit.

Participants are encouraged to contribute questions, reflections, and professional experiences throughout the workshop. Please maintain a respectful learning environment and protect the privacy of clients, patients, colleagues, and other individuals when sharing examples. Identifying or confidential information should not be disclosed during discussion.

Grievances related to continuing education activities or processes will be handled in accordance with the grievance procedures established by CE Learning Systems. Participants may use the CE Learning Systems grievance contact information provided through the CE-Go event page to submit concerns confidentially.
